Event can be connected to specific channel (MP12 s, TP6 s etc.) and the device it self (phone, tablet, showcase..). Also pick-up time will be measured for each event.

Event/alarm management module

Event/alarm management module is a standard feature of Q5 Web reporting. It automatically correlates specific event. Each alarm, arm/disarm/error/connectivity loss etc. will be send to the BCC Cloud server. Each event would be stored and can be filtered by type, date, name etc. later.

In the back of event management process, certain algorithms will define exceptional situations upon which e-mail will be send to responsible persons. Example – if one store has 20% more alarms than average of the whole chain send someone an email alart about this occurrence.

Possible exception algorithms:

20% higer level of alarms than in average
System tuned off for more than 10 minutes
20% lower pick-up than in average
10% difference from yesterday in number of devices on display
